Privacy policy

Código 19 LLC operates Tourea and is responsible for the processing of the data used to provide this service. It is organized in Puerto Rico, Estados Unidos.

• The photos you upload of the property.
• The video we generate from those photos.
• The generated direction plan: evidence and risk analysis, shot order, and prompts used to produce the clips and direct the instrumental soundtrack.
• The prepared frames and clip samples we use to verify quality before delivering the order.
• The status and decision of the quality control, including the operational identity of the process that decided and a fingerprint of the evidence assessed.
• Your email, for the receipt, the order status and the final link.
• Your billing address, to calculate taxes and issue the receipt.
• Your optional 1-to-5-star rating of the delivered video.
• An HMAC fingerprint of your network prefix, without storing the IP address, to limit abusive uploads.

We use your photos and your video only to provide you the service. The files are stored temporarily: the video download stays available for 7 days and unpaid orders are deleted automatically. We do not sell your data.

If an order fails and is not charged, we keep the photos and generated material for 7 days, solely for internal diagnosis of the failure. After that period, they are deleted. We do not use them for any other purpose or share them beyond the providers listed in this policy.

During the initial control period, authorized personnel of Código 19 LLC may view the prepared sources and finished videos solely to detect people, reflections, geometry changes, or other defects before the charge is captured. The decision is recorded with the order.

The network fingerprint and upload-token ledger are deleted after 30 days.

To operate the service we share data with these providers, only what is necessary:

• Stripe: processes the payment, issues the receipt and calculates the applicable taxes. It receives your email, billing address and the amount.
• Vercel Blob: temporarily stores your photos, clips, generated music, and final video.
• Supabase: privately stores the order record, its status, and the generated direction plan.
• xAI: receives the prepared photo and the motion prompt for each shot to generate the corresponding video clip.
• fal.ai: receives the order's music prompt to generate the instrumental track.
• OpenAI: receives each original photo you upload to analyze its evidence and risks and decide whether it can be safely animated. For the later quality review, OpenAI also receives the prepared source photo and frames from the generated video, before the order is delivered and payment is captured.
• Resend: sends the transactional emails (order received and video ready).
