Terms of service

Tourea is a service operated by Código 19 LLC, a company organized in Puerto Rico, Estados Unidos. When you buy a video, you are contracting with Código 19 LLC.

Tourea generates a video from the photos you upload of a property. The result is a personalized digital product created on demand from the complete photo set. AI decides the order of the clips in the final video; if that decision fails, the video is delivered in the order you uploaded the photos. Each vertical photo produces a vertical clip (9:16), and each horizontal photo produces a horizontal clip (16:9). All approved clips are combined into one final video using their dominant format. A safety exclusion may change which format is dominant; in a tie, the master is horizontal (16:9).

Each order includes one instrumental track generated by AI, just like the video, and mixed into that single final video as part of the same generated product. The track is adjusted to the master's duration. Individual clips are delivered unedited and without audio. The track is not offered as an exclusive song.

If postproduction is exhausted and we cannot apply a track or finish the master, we do not silently deliver a different product. We cancel the original authorization without charging, preserve the visual edit for support review, and, only if it is deliverable, may separately offer you a version without a soundtrack. That alternative identifies the missing audio before a new Checkout and is charged and delivered only if you expressly accept it.

Once the charge is captured, you can use the delivered video for any lawful purpose, including promoting the property. Código 19 LLC does not claim rights over the delivered output and does not require attribution; the video and its track are not exclusive, and we do not guarantee that AI-generated elements will not appear in other orders.

We analyze every photo in the order before generation. An AI model evaluates the visible evidence in the original photo, identifies risks such as people, human reflections, cameras, or shadows, and decides whether it can produce a safe shot. An AI model also decides the order of the approved clips in the montage; if that call fails, the order automatically falls back to the upload order, without affecting the quality of the delivered video. The camera movement is the same for every approved photo, a slow, short forward push, not a distinct direction per photo. Clips are generated through xAI and the instrumental track uses a fixed composition from the product's recipe, generated through fal.ai. Our overriding rule is to stay faithful to the original content: if the evidence does not support a safe shot, we do not generate it.

Like any AI generation, the result can vary between attempts and, in isolated cases, fail or show inaccurate details (hallucination). Before delivery, clips undergo technical validation and automated AI visual QA. The decision to admit each photo and approve each video for delivery is automatic: software executes it, with no human review. These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee that every possible inaccuracy will be detected.

If a photo shows a person, a human reflection, a camera, a shadow, or another risk incompatible with a reliable shot, we may exclude that photo before or after generation. We do not try to erase, conceal, or replicate people or reflections, and we do not deliver a Ken Burns or 2D animation as a substitute for an approved clip.

We may deliver a partial video only when at most one photo is excluded, at least one clip is approved, and the number of included photos remains in the same price tier as the original photo count. In that case, the order page states how many photos were omitted and the authorized price remains unchanged. If no approved clips remain, more than one photo is excluded, or the exclusion moves the order into a lower price tier, we cancel the authorization and do not capture the charge.

Stripe authorizes your payment method before we begin. We only capture the charge when the video is ready and verified for delivery. If generation fails, we cancel the authorization and do not charge you. Stripe sends the receipt to the email you provide after the capture.

The price shown before Checkout is the subtotal. Stripe collects your billing address and calculates the applicable taxes based on your location and the active tax obligations of Código 19 LLC. The final total is shown before you confirm the payment.

When your video is ready we send you an email with the link to the secure page for your order. The download stays available for 7 days.

You are responsible for downloading and saving your video within that 7 day period. After that deadline, the file may no longer be available.

You represent that you have the right to use the photos you upload and that they belong to a single property. They must be original sources without watermarks or logos and without visible people, human shadows, photographers, cameras, or equipment, including their reflections. Do not upload third-party content without authorization or any illegal material.

If your video was generated reasonably and was delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund applies, since it is a custom-made digital product.

If the result was a genuine failure (the video was not generated, was not delivered, or arrived clearly defective), write to us and we will resolve it: we regenerate the order or refund your money. Each refund case is documented in our records.

If you share your link, every eligible new friend gets $5 off their first purchase, even after you reach the cap. You earn $10 when each of the first 5 valid referred orders is ready ($50 in simultaneously valid balance). A sixth friend keeps the discount but creates no additional reward while all five slots are occupied.

Credit is personal, non-transferable, and has no cash value. To use it, open the private email link and purchase with that same email; complete $10 units are applied without reducing an order below $1, and valid remainder stays available. Each link authorizes only rewards that existed when it was issued. If the friend's order is refunded or disputed, its reward is revoked even after use, and any negative balance offsets future rewards. If it was already fixed into an active Checkout, that price stays frozen and the offset applies afterward. We may void self-referrals or abuse and modify or end the program at any time.
